enthusiasts playing at Irish pubs in Tokyo, Osaka and in other cities all over the country."}],["$","p",null,{"className":"leading-relaxed","children":"Pipers who met at sessions or through the internet began to talk about holding regular pipe meetings and establishing a club for pipers."}],["$","p",null,{"className":"leading-relaxed","children":"On 8th, 9th of May, 2004, the first Uilleann
